The famoust one is with cherries, but with apples, pears, plums, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or bananas, it 's good as well !
Ingredients : GLUTEN FREE VERSION
1 cup Rice or wheat flour (actually, it's perfect with rice flour, because it has to stay flat)
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup of suggar
A spoon of butter
A spoon of honey
Pinch of salt, vanilla, cherry liquor
A big bunch of cherries (unpitted, tastier !)
Mix the ingredients all together. The dough must be quite liquid, as pancake one. Then, pour the dough on the cherries in a flat mold, and cook it for 50 min, a medium oven.
